Stephen Ernest Stockman is an American politician and former Republican U.S. Representative who served nonconsecutive terms representing Texas districts (the 9th district from 1995 to 1997 and the 36th district from 2013 to 2015). He was convicted of 23 felony counts for a charitable donor fraud scheme in 2018 and later received a commutation from President Donald Trump in 2020.
