Ambassador Sorin Dumitru Ducaru is currently serving as Senior Advisor for Emerging & Disruptive Technologies at the European External Action Service. He previously served as Director of the European Union Satellite Centre (SatCen). Prior to that, he held the position of NATO Assistant Secretary General and Head of the NATO Emerging Security Challenges Division. He also served as Romania’s ambassador to NATO, the United States, and the United Nations in New York.
