Lucian (Lou) Pugliaresi is President of the Energy Policy Research Foundation (EPRINC).
He has led the organization’s research effort on U.S. energy security, scope and benefits of the North American petroleum renaissance and the growing role of LNG in world trade, among other energy topics. EPRINC’s programs are focused on the intersection of petroleum economics and public policy.
